Valentine’s Day is a day to recognize those that are closest to us and important to us. For Enablr Therapy, our community is important to us. As an expression of our love and gratitude, we are offering these activity ideas to each of you. It is an honor to serve you.  We know you were made to thrive!

Materials:

  • Card Stock
  • Scissors
  • Markers
  • Hole Punch
  • 2 Rubber Bands

Directions:

  1. Draw or trace a heart that is about 3-4 inches high onto card stock

  2. Use scissors to cut out the heart

  3. Color the heart

  4. Write “I Love” on one side of the heart in the upper half of the heart and “You” on the other side in the lower half.

  5. Punch one hole on each side of the heart

  6. String a rubber band through the hole and loop it through itself so that it is attached to the heart.  Repeat on the other side.

Spinning the Heart:

  • Hold a rubber band between the index finger and thumb of each hand

  • Slide the index finger along the thumb so that the rubber band spins. When the heart spins quickly, it will look like “I Love You” is written all together.

Happy Valentine’s Day from your Enablr family! We hope you enjoy these activities!
