Enablr Therapy offers online services for those needing speech, physical, and occupational therapy. Here’s what you need to know about using our online platform to access qualified treatment providers.
Enablr Therapy Account Creation and Appointment Scheduling
To get started, visit our directory and browse our network of therapists. When you find a specialist who aligns with your needs, click “book appointment.” On this screen, you’ll see a prompt on the right-hand side of the page. Answer the required questions, which include:
- What service(s) are you looking for?
- What’s the reason for your visit?
- How do you want to meet?
- Have you seen this provider before?
- When are you available?
If you’ve already worked with us before, you will see the appointment reflected in your user profile.
New clients will be directed to a registration screen. You’ll enter your name and contact information before creating a password. Once your account has been created, use these credentials to log in. From here, you can select a provider and view your scheduled appointments.
Live-Video Appointments
We offer telehealth appointments provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform. You can use this platform from your preferred personal device, whether it’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. All you have to do is click the provided link at your designated appointment time. We encourage each telehealth client to find a quiet, distraction-free space before logging on.
Insurance, Superbills, and Payment
Enablr Therapy is primarily a private pay service. Our cash-based approach frees us by allowing therapy to be tailored to your needs—without the restrictions imposed by an insurance provider. This means that we are not in-network with any insurers. However, we do have a superbill option for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
With the Enablr portal, payment is a breeze. From the “My Account” tab, select “payment information.” From here, you can add your ACH banking info. Please note that ACH transfers will not incur a service fee.
